    5Rhythms
    The 5Rhythms is a simple movement practice that connects us to all that lives and moves in our body, heart and mind,  to the journey of our soul and the mystery of life itself. This five day retreat provides us with a unique opportunity to withdraw from our daily lives and open to where we are at on our soul journey. Through our dance we become aware of and move with what may be stuck and seeking change, physically, emotionally and mentally. We welcome the wisdom of the soul and embrace its path to embody wholeness and harmony and the unique role and contribution in this life.

    Retreat Venue:
    Highden Temple is a Mystery School for soul initiation, leadership, magic and the creation of soul community.  Built in New Zealand in 1897, Highden is surrounded by manicured gardens, a protected wild forest and a 28 stone mandala consciously embedded to hold the vibration of this work.  Highden is a place where a new expression of culture, spiritual education and soul community come together; we are road testing a new map for civilisation that reflects an embodied approach to life, love and a sacred relationship with the earth.  The journey of Highden is a journey of discovery into what it is to be human once we shed the striving of self actualisation and offer ourselves up to the ecstatic current of life, love and evolution. It is a place where awakening   souls are drawn and converge through their own inner knowing.
